Dondra, the receptionist, made our stay lovely.

Our stay started poorly with the hotel being positioned a bit far from the main promenade. There was a noticeable inconvenience when they closed the main doors during the day, which disrupted our movements. On top of that, we were frustrated by the lack of flexibility in their service, especially considering the circumstances that brought us there.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, facilities were new, particularly good location really close to centre.

the location is exceptionally nice in an amazing area, right by restaurants and shopping places as well as the city center. we stay there regularly and would return there, everything was perfectly fine.
